I saw the Lord point to Achan’s sin (Jos 7:1). At that time, the Lord demanded that Joshua and the sons of Israel deal with that sin, saying, “Rise up! Consecrate the people and say, ‘Consecrate yourselves for tomorrow, for thus the Lord, the God of Israel, has said, “There are things under the ban in your midst, O Israel. You cannot stand before your enemies until you have removed the things under the ban from your midst” (Joshua 7:13 NASB95, emphasis mine). In like manner, the Lord is determined to cleanse His Church.
As the Lord looks over His Church, there is dirt and sin, like the sin of Achan. Churches cannot go any further without dealing with the sin and wickedness within them, nor can they survive without correction and repentance.
I then saw multiple layers of dirt in His Church, illustrating how long sin has gone unaddressed and covered over. I then saw people entering these churches, unaware that they were walking through liquefied filth in the sanctuary. Uncleanness and corruption exist within His house.
I then saw a pastor, standing in this filth, preaching. As I watched, the black filth of sin and wickedness continued to rise above the knees of the congregation while they were seated in the pews, but they were completely unaware. The Holy Spirit then said, “The depth of the sin and wickedness in My house is appalling. Many of these so-called houses of worship will not survive because of the darkness and the sin that has been present for years, even decades. They must be purged.”
Just as ranchers will selectively cull cattle in their herd, so too will the level of sin and wickedness present in many churches cause the Lord to close them. But there is still hope for many other churches where sin has been allowed to encroach, where the Holy Spirit will move to cleanse and purify, restoring His hallowed halls in righteousness and ministry to His people. Please refer to “The Vision of the Hallowed Hall & Dead Men’s Bones” (March 26, 2025). However, He will judge those pastors who have not been faithful in their service to Him.
In a previous vision, I saw the Lord Jesus vacuuming carpet, then bending down to separate the fibers with His hands, searching for a small particle of embedded dirt. The Spirit then alerted me that I would witness Him as He cleanses His house. Many churches will be closed, while others will be saved where the Lord performs a deep cleansing. Of those houses that remain, the Holy Spirit will perform an inspection and will call His people to account and to repentance, and they will know the fear of the Lord. Only then will these churches be able to move forward and be effective in His kingdom, taking territory (souls) from the enemy.
The Lord then said, “This is the work that must be done to cleanse My house, laying a foundation for what I am about to do in the earth. The “Achans” will not be tolerated in My house; they will not be tolerated in the camp.”
