I saw the Lord checking doors to see whether they are open to Him (Rev 3:20). Very few doors are open to Him because they do not listen to His voice or follow His Spirit.  Open doors will lead to others that are also open.

Those doors that are closed and locked to the Holy Spirit, He will judge and blast through, like a mighty rushing river.  Judgment will fall on those places that have locked His Spirit out.  I then heard the voice of the Lord’s Spirit say, “My judgment will be most severe on those who have not allowed My Spirit to move.  My wrath will be upon them.  Places that are known as “church” but are false and full of darkness are nothing but facades of righteousness and faith.  They are neither houses of righteousness nor faith.

I then saw a pastor standing at a pulpit when the Spirit of God entered the sanctuary and moved straight toward him.  At that moment, the pastor knew that judgment had come to his life.  I then saw the congregation watching as the Spirit of God dealt with the pastor.  One man in the congregation, whose face appeared startled and confused, stood up to watch what was happening to the pastor.  The entire congregation was startled as they witnessed the Spirit judge the pastor.

I sensed that the pastor would be removed from his position.  The Lord then stood at the pulpit and spoke to the congregation, saying, “Don’t let this happen to you!  For My hand of wrath is upon this house.”  The Lord then reconfirmed that many so-called churches exist in America.  Then, again speaking to the congregation, the Lord said, “Either you repent, or I will close this assembly down.”  Continuing to confront the congregation, He then said, “What are you going to do?  Are you going to allow My Spirit in, or do I close this place down?  You have come to the fork in the road; the time for a decision has come.”

This type of confrontation will occur across America in what many call “church” but are not, where pastors have stood against His Spirit.  The Lord is saying to these congregations, “I have tolerated your ignorance up to now, but no longer.  Now that you know the truth, you must decide, for judgment will begin in the house of the Lord (I Pt 4:17-18).  Furthermore, I will not tolerate your children sitting in Sunday school while you are here in the sanctuary, living powerless lives and not experiencing My Spirit.  I am not going to allow them to miss out on experiencing My Spirit.  You have a decision to make.”

I then saw the fear of the Lord sweeping across the congregation.  I saw one mother, very concerned for her young child, as conviction gripped her heart; she understood what was at stake.  Then the convicting power of the Holy Spirit gripped the hearts and minds of other members of the assembly.

As I watched the Holy Spirit move, an older man with white hair began to tremble and shake uncontrollably under God’s power.  I then heard the Lord say, “I’m going to begin to deal with these people.  You will see Me bringing conviction upon people as I deal with their hearts.  The power of My Spirit will be on them to convict them, to turn them around, and to help them realize how real I am and that I mean business.  I will back up My message being preached to them from the pulpit.”

The Lord then revealed, “The judgment coming to pastors will open up doors for ministry.  It will have to go that far before they open the door.  This generation is identical to the first generation of the sons of Israel that were delivered from Egypt.  They do not hear the voice of the Spirit; they do not listen; they will not obey, but they continually reject My Spirit.  And now they have come to judgment.” 

The Lord is looking through this generation to the children of this generation.  He said, “I am not going to let them go any further and not experience My Spirit; I am not going to allow it to happen!  I am fighting for the next generation!”

In the vision, I then saw many in the congregation come forward to repent.  It was as if they were ushered into the Glory of God.  But many others decided not to respond or repent.  The Spirit then revealed, “This will bring the discrimination that I said would come between My people and those who have not followed Me, will not follow Me, nor heed My words.  Judgment will fall upon them; they will be open prey for the enemy.  Like sheep without a shepherd, they will be open prey to wolves.  Destruction will come upon those who hear My warning and do not repent.  I am not going to tolerate this foolishness; I’m not going to tolerate the foolishness of people who think they are going to go any further.  I will not tolerate it!”

From assembly to assembly, the Spirit of the Lord is going to deal with these places.  The fear of the Lord will begin sweeping into these gatherings.  One after another, the dominoes of His judgments are going to fall upon these places.  The fear of the Lord will then spread out from these assemblies to communities; communities will begin to hear about what is going on.  I then saw the trumpet of the Lord being blown in these communities.  The convicting power of the Holy Spirit will sweep into schools.  I saw one female high school student begin weeping and fall to her knees under the Holy Spirit’s convicting power in a classroom.  The Holy Spirit then began moving in the grocery stores and ultimately spreading to the entire community.

I then saw the Lord standing and towering above the center of America, walking west.  It became clear then that He would move simultaneously to the north, east, and south.  His presence will sweep across this country.  A similar vision was released to me in the fall of 1996.  As a result, great change will come to all of America; great conviction, great signs, great wonders, great power, and the fear of the Lord will come to America.

I then saw the Lord with a large shovel, big enough to dig up an entire city, and did just that.  He dug down deep enough to overturn an entire city.  Cities and towns that do not repent will be overturned.  The Lord then said, “I will have righteousness in America.  Those cities, towns, and places that say “No!” to My Spirit will not be spared.”

The Lord then revealed that none of us has any idea how large a scale the coming move of the Holy Spirit in America will be; we will be overwhelmed by the size of His Spirit’s invasion.  I then saw Jesus under the country, shaking America’s pillars.  It was as if America was an umbrella in the Lord’s hands, which He will close and reopen.  At present, the umbrella will not allow the Holy Spirit to rain down, but the country will be transformed, and it will no longer be an umbrella that sheds and resists the water of the Spirit; it will allow His water to come through.  A deep work must be done in the country so that it no longer resists His Spirit.  His Spirit will move across America and soak deep into the hearts of men, women, and children, so they no longer resist the Spirit of the Living God.

The Lord spoke, saying, “I have lifted you up to see this so that you would be encouraged by what I am going to do and what My plans are.”
