The Lord loves His shepherds, His ministry leaders and His Church. It is with His heart that I submit this letter to you. It represents a comprehensive overview of progressive revelation released to me by the Holy Spirit for His Church over a span of 26 years. As a seminary student in the fall of 1996, I prayed that the Lord would reveal what He was doing so I could align with Him. Within 24 hours, the Lord answered me with a profound encounter with the Holy Spirit and an impartation of the prophetic ministry I move in today. He then began to release visions of what He intended to do. They caused me to plead that He would warn pastors of His intentions. I had no idea He would send me to convey His messages, warning of judgment and how to align for the coming revival. A great deal has been revealed. What follows is not my opinion, but revelation from the Holy Spirit.
1. The Lord said, “Change or perish!”
In a vision released to me in 1997, I saw the Mighty River of God, the Holy Spirit, approaching a local church. Inside, the pastor and Church leaders saw the River approaching the front door of the building. Together, they conspired not to allow the Holy Spirit to enter. The instant they made their disastrous decision, the River turned from approaching the front door, taking a course along the left side of the building. Immediately, the left wall of the building collapsed into the water, exposing the inside. I then saw the pastor caught in the rushing River. In desperation, the other leaders attempted to rescue the pastor to keep him from being swept away, but the River was too strong.
In my heart I can still see the terror on the pastor’s face as he faced me in that vision of judgment. He was swept backward in the powerful, rushing current of the Mighty River. I then heard the voice of the Lord say, “Change or perish!” Judgment begins in the house of the Lord (I Pe 4:17). The Lord will judge those who call themselves the “Church” but do not follow Him.
Paul wrote, “For the kingdom of God does not consist in words, but in power” (I Co 4:20 NASB95), and it is still true today. The Lord intends to take His Church from being devoid of supernatural power to demonstrating His power through His people (Mt 10:7-8; Mk 16:17-18; Jn 14:12-15). The Lord demands that His Spirit be allowed to manifest His power through His gifts, the charismata, as the Apostle Paul set forth in I Co 12 & 14 in all church related services. This is a solemn warning for pastors and Church leaders regardless of affiliation.
2. The Lord & His Army Will Back Up Pastors That Align With Him
By the Spirit in 2021, I saw the Army of the Lord coming down from Heaven and moving to all parts of the country. I then saw a bank of fog to my right. Coming through the fog, the Lord and His army were galloping on horseback from my right, passing to my left. With my eye on the Lord as He passed, He commanded me to “Tell My pastors that if they will allow My Spirit to move in their services, I and My army will back them up!”
3. The Lord said, “Dangerous & Perilous Times Are Ahead; Stay in My Glory”
In 2013, the Lord revealed He was lifting His hand of protection from America, symbolizing His coming judgment, and that He would release judgment against China’s financial sector. His intention was to sever the economic chains binding the United States and China. In 2014, the Lord stated to me on three occasions that, “Dangerous and perilous times are coming; stay in My Glory!” He also revealed that year that He would release judgment against the United States on both land and water.
On January 9, 2020, the Lord revealed the judgment He said would come to China was closer than I thought; it would be rapid, severe and the effects would be felt in the White House. I then realized we had entered the dangerous and perilous times He said would come. Within weeks, by the beginning of the Chinese New Year on January 25th, reports of what was taking place in Wuhan, China were flooding in. The sudden terror in the form of the plague of Covid-19 circumvented the globe seemingly overnight, locking down cities and nations, confirming the words of the Lord, “…I will appoint over you a sudden terror, consumption and fever that shall waste away the eyes and cause the soul to pine away” (Le 26:16a). Judgment demands the response of repentance, and sadly, neither the Church or the nations have repented of our grave sin of rebellion against the Lord and His Spirit, by not listening to His voice.
The Lord has revealed that He is moving against all the nations of the world to cut off their trade. This will result in deflating the world’s economy, bringing desperation to the people of the nations. What is more troubling is that He said, “None are as guilty as My Church,” and “Woe to those who stand against Me in the day of My wrath.” In a vision, I saw the Lord shaking the pillars of Heaven. Please hear the stern warning of the Lord. He is shaking the Heavens and the earth (Hag 2:6-7, 21; Heb 12:16)!
On June 9, 2020, I released a vision where the Lord revealed that we were entering a time of war, and so it has come. All the nations of the earth are being affected by the war in Ukraine, especially regarding trade. Additional prophetic revelation has given me reason to believe that civil war will come to the United States, which was revealed to me in a word I released on August 21, 2020. All of this is documented and a matter of published record.
The only path forward for us is to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit and obey. Leaders must give the Lord room and are called to stay behind the Shield of the Spirit as He advances (Jos 3:2-4). Moving in the sin of presumption or crowding the Lord as He leads us forward will prove dangerous if not deadly in the days to come (Nu 14:39-45; 20:8-12, 23-29; De 1:41-43; Jos 3:2-4; Ps 19:13; 106:13-15; Pr 8:14; 19:21; Is 30:1, 9-17; Je 23:16-22; Ep 1:11).
We must learn the ways of Jesus who testified that He did nothing on His own initiative (Jn 5:19, 30; 8:28; 12:49; 14:10). As He moves to deliver His people and secure an epic harvest of souls, He will release great judgments against the nations and His Church (Le 26:14-46; De 28:15-68; Is 60:1-3; Ac 5:1-11; I Pe 4:17-19). Cleansing His house, He will release great manifestations of His power through His Church (Mt 10:7-8; Jn 14:10-14, 15:26; Acts 5:12-16; I Co 10:5-12; 2 Co 10:4). Those that have resisted His Spirit will witness mighty demonstrations of His power. With His eye now on releasing judgment, He has also planned for restoration.
4. The Coming Revival
The Lord began releasing visions regarding revival in the fall of 1996 through 1997. In 2019, the Holy Spirit released a vision where I saw Jesus praying for Atlanta. I watched as the Lord lifted His hands to the Father, listening as He prayed in a tongue I did not know. Then the Holy Spirit revealed to me what Jesus was praying for—I saw fires of revival in different locations around Atlanta. I immediately received this as a promise to those who will listen and obey.
As I’ve mentioned, He promised to back up any pastor that unconditionally surrenders to His will by allowing His Holy Spirit to move in great demonstrations of power in His House!
The Lord is watching over His word to perform it and He will bring it to pass (Je 1:12). “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord of hosts” (Zec 4:6b). If we choose to listen and obey the voice of the Lord, we will see the fulfillment of His promise for revival in our day, for our nation and the nations of the world as He pours through us, His Church. Ultimately, this will lead to the fulfillment of the promise of the Lord that His Glory shall cover the earth as the waters cover the sea (Nu 14:21 // Is 11:9 // Hab 2:14). He has called us to be open floodgates of His Holy Spirit (Ps 24:7-10; cf. Mt 5:13-16; 6:9-13; 10:7-8, 20; Acts 2).
For those who will hear and accept His word, the Scripture promises that they will “bear fruit, thirty, sixty and a hundredfold” (Mk 4:20). A simple decision is required that will undoubtedly cause many to count the cost. The Bible is clear in that salvation is free to all, but that following Christ requires that we pick up our cross daily and follow Him; following the Spirit in this matter will cost us everything, but in losing our lives for His sake, He promises that we will find life (Mt 10:39, 16:25 // Mk 8:35 // Lu 9:24, 17:33).
5. We Must Surrender to His Terms & Not Resist the Flow of His Holy Spirit
The Lord demands unconditional surrender to His terms as He will not negotiate a peace; where He leads, we must follow (Jn 10:27). Self-will will be the greatest hindrance to following the Holy Spirit in the days to come, acting as a two-pronged force preventing us from walking by faith into what the Lord has for us (Hab 2:4; Ro 1:17; Ga 3:11; He 10:38). Pastors and other Church leaders, including entire denominations and fellowships, that have built barriers to prevent the Holy Spirit from either ministering to or operating through His Body in power will find those same barriers removed by Him. He also revealed that He was marking churches to be closed. Nothing can stand against the plan and the purpose of the Lord (Ps 2:1-12; 33:10-12; Pr 8:14-21). I implore you to remember His words spoken to me: “Woe to those who stand against Me in the day of My wrath” (please see Heb 10:30-31; cf. De 32:39-42). If we resist the Holy Spirit, we are resisting our Lord, Jesus Christ (Is 11:2; Is 61:1 II Lu 4:18).
6. The Spirit of Christ Will Come Suddenly in Tremendous Power
The nature of the revelation concerns the abundance of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. He will come suddenly to His Temple (Mal 3:1b) to take back that which is His. The speed with which the Spirit will move is best described as a massive tidal wave/flash flood that will bring an ocean of His presence in a moment (Nu 14:21; Is 11:9; Hab 2:14). Those who resist and attempt to rush to high ground or lifeboats of security and/or comfort will find no escape. The Holy Spirit intends to destroy every avenue that His Church attempts to take to stay out of the flood of His presence. Resistance to the Lord who is the Spirit (2 Co 3:17), is futile.
7. The Lord is Tearing Up the Plans of Men
The systems and strategies of men that are being used in the Church will be replaced by the Holy Spirit, His plan, His strategy and His power; there is no substitute (Pr 19:21; Jn 15:1-11; I Cor 2:4-5; 4:20; I Th 1:5). The Lord will wage an epic spiritual war against the wicked one that will allow the Church to take ground (Ex 6-15; Jos 3:3-5; Mt 16:18, Acts 2, 4:29-33). The time has come to yield and heed to the precise strategy the Lord is revealing in order that we might see His Kingdom come.
8. The Lord’s Purging Fire is Ahead
The Lord revealed that He would pull His Church into His refining fire (Lk 3:16-17), a process of great testing, purification and change. He said, “My people don’t want to come to Me; it is too hot. They will not come on their own accord, so I am pulling them in.” In this vision I watched as He pulled a person into and through the fire (De 4:24; Is 43:2; Zec 13:9; He 12:29). Coming through to the other side of the flame, the person was glowing with the presence of God that was emanating from within them (Is 60:1-22). I have come to understand that many are already being tested in His fire, and they will soon be revealed. His coming leaders will be marked with the character and power of Christ. They will be marked with His Glory. He will use them to distribute His Fresh Bread, His word of truth, and lead His flock in the days to come.
9. The Lord is Calling His Army to Attention
The Lord Jesus Christ, by His Spirit, is launching a new initiative and we are being called to pray that Heaven invades earth (Mt 6:10; Lk 11:2). Those that will be used in the battle ahead will know the voice of The Shepherd (Jn 10:2-18, 26-28). They will make the decision to consecrate themselves unto the Lord to allow Him to move through them in power (Jos 3:5). The Holy Spirit will promote new leaders from the background to positions He has created for them on the front line. To despise those whom the Lord promotes will only reveal that our hearts are full of pride, jealousy and envy (I Sam 18:8-9, 28-29; Mt 15:7-9, 12-14; 20:15-16; 23:13, 15).
The Nature of the Revelation Over the Past 26 Years is Extensive
The Lord has revealed a great deal. The Lord said that I would see the day when His discipline would return to His Church, teaching and examples of which can be found in the following in Mt 18:15-20; Acts 5:1-11; I Co 5:1-13; I Ti 1:18-20; Titus 3:10-11. These are words that we must take seriously. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (Ps 111:10; Pr 9:10; Jb 28:28) and I would submit that many in the Church have lost their fear of the Lord. The prophet Isaiah wrote, “For when the earth experiences Thy judgments, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness (Is 26:9b NASB). He is releasing His judgments, that will increase, if we do not repent and listen to His voice (Ex 19:5; Le 26:14-39; Nu 14:22-23; De 28:15-68; Jud 2:20-23; Je 3:13; 7:2, 22-28; He 12:25-29).
The Lord called me to broadcast this message to His Church in the Atlanta area. It is being sent to every pastor within a 50-mile radius of downtown Atlanta. If I did not proclaim what I have seen and heard, His judgment would surely fall upon me (Eze 3:17-21).
The word of the Lord is very serious, in fact, it is a matter of life and death. Both you and His Church are very important to Him. He is calling us to attention. His Spirit is working to prepare His Bride for the coming of the Lord. The Lord said to me, “Much must be done before My return.” The glory of the latter house will be greater than the former (Hag 2:9a). Hallelujah! May His kingdom come and His will be done in and through us! May His Spirit guide you as you test this word (I Co 14:29; I Th 5:19-22; I Jn 4:1)
I invite you to reach out by phone or email to discuss any of the above further, as well as visit our website. Today is the day to hear and discern the voice of the Lord and align with the Spirit of Jesus (Jn 12:26; He 12:25-29). Incredible victory is ahead if we will hear, align and obey His voice.
