The vision I received on December 21^st, 2024 from the Holy Spirit provided additional insights and warnings based upon visions He released to me previously over a span of eleven years.  I have attached these visions to provide the reader additional context.  The following paragraphs are designed to provide a context for what the Lord revealed on December 21, 2024 that is outlined starting on page 4 of this document.  During the vision, the Lord called me to meditate on what He had revealed in the past.  As I have done this over the past week, one thing has become much clearer:  What He has previously revealed about California, specifically calling out San Francisco and Los Angeles, these are simply the beginning of the judgments He will release do across America.

The more His words and what He has revealed sink into my heart, the more appalling they become.  The devastation that He will bring to the entire state of California quickly becomes too much to comprehend.  This coupled together with the extent of the judgment He will bring to San Francisco because of the darkness of the sin in the city, speaks of wave upon wave of overlapping judgments.  The judgment that is determined for San Francisco will have far reaching consequences for the entire country.  In the same vein, Los Angeles has been singled out to be completely destroyed, which when He revealed this part of His plan I cried out, “What must I do?!,” thinking that surely, I could pray that He would stay His hand if I interceded on behalf of the people living there.  To this He replied, “You can do nothing but lament.”  The finality of His response only increased the sense of hopelessness that came with the vision.

During the record setting fires that swept across California and Oregon in 2020, I saw the Lord standing and weeping as He watched the fires that He said He would send.  He turned to me and said, “They are not responding.”  The lack of repentance is the reason severe judgment has been determined for California, San Francisco and Los Angeles, but what has become much clearer to me is that this is only the beginning of the devastation the Lord will bring by His own hand to all of America.  Why?  I would submit that it is because we as a nation have not repented of our evil against Him.  Regarding His Church, He has said, “None are as guilty as My Church.”

We must look to the Bible, specifically in Leviticus 26 starting in verse 14, where the Lord reveals to His people then, and to us now, that His phases of judgment become exponentially worse each time we refuse to turn back to Him and obey.  The judgment coming to San Francisco and Los Angeles along with all of California classify as the second phase of His judgments set forth in Lev 26:18-20.  Phase 1 (Leviticus 26:16-17) has already taken place with the advent of Covid-19 (which is by no coincidence similar to the pulmonary disease of consumption set forth in Lev. 26:16 along with all of the terrible and far-reaching consequences, including the deaths of millions of people, and global economic chaos that circumvented the earth almost over night causing sudden terror.  The best records available reveal that since the beginning of the pandemic through early 2024, worldwide there were over 700 million cases and over seven million deaths.[1]  The UN’s Department of Economic & Social Affairs estimates that the total number of deaths, directly or indirectly associated with Covid-19, could have been as high as 14.9 million in 2020-2021 alone, classified as “excess mortality”.[2]  No doubt the statistics related to Covid-19 were and are politicized and people have the right to be skeptical.  However, what isn’t up for debate is that many people died as a result of Covid-19 due to a number of factors including the virus itself, the politicalization of medical treatment, coupled together with the financial gain that pharmaceutical companies realized as a result of the government recommending untested and unsafe vaccines, which gave fuel to additional versions of the vaccine, etc.  Death, illness, medical confusion, economic chaos, along with the loss of individual and public freedoms became the norm, which is exactly what judgment from the Lord is designed to bring.  In the end, judgment is designed to bring death, disease and destruction to those that rebel against the Lord.  America and the Church have become and are the Lord’s target for the foreseeable future, which is the disaster we have chosen.  As He has stated, “I will have righteousness in America.”[3]

The prophet Isaiah writes by revelation from the Lord concerning an “overwhelming scourge [that] passes through, then you become its trampling place.  As often as it passes through it will seize you.  For morning after morning, it will pass through anytime during the day or night.  And it will be sheer terror to understand what it means” (Is 28:18b-19; cf. 28:15 NASB95).  In Isaiah 28:15, the Lord reveals that people knowingly “made falsehood our refuge and we have concealed ourselves with deception.”  This is exactly what America and the Church have done.  Our refusing to accept the truth of the origin of the pandemic because we would rather believe a lie, along with the futile attempt to hide our own sin, is deception that qualifies for additional judgment, i.e., Phase 2.

The cause of the pandemic, coupled with the inevitable mishandling of governments worldwide, continues to give rise to heated debates.  However, the arguments focus largely on the cause and effects limited to the horizontal plane of human reasoning (devoid of revelation containing Godly wisdom and knowledge), namely the loss of individual rights and freedoms, global economic downturn resulting in reduced trade and massive disruptions in supply chains, with complete disregard for what the Bible clearly demonstrates are the natural consequences of unrepented sin that has gone on for far too long.  This lack of perspective was easily observed by those who should have known better, namely those who call themselves members of the Body of Christ who don’t seem to read, let alone understand, the Bible.  The concept of God’s judgment within today’s Church and the country, is largely repudiated by both leaders and laymen alike, demonstrating that we have been given over to yet another form of judgment where the Lord removes good leaders, giving us leaders with the mindset of “capricious children” instead, resulting in all of us being oppressed (Is 3:4-5a).  Why?  Because our speech and our actions are against the Lord, which is nothing but rebellion against Him (Is 3:8b).

America, and sadly it’s Church, moves in outright rebellion while singing “God Bless America” and claiming, “In God We Trust.”  Anyone with understanding, or what so many seem to idolize and label as “common sense,” would realize these diametrically opposed positions cannot remain before a righteous and holy God without Him taking wrath-filled action.  It should also be stated that so-called “common sense” becomes nonsense in the absence of Biblical under-standing, knowledge and the Holy Spirit’s revelation.

It was no coincidence that during the surge of the pandemic, the Lord allowed America to be placed in the hands of their enemies (a fulfillment of Lev 26:17b – “…those who hate you shall rule over you), which was clearly the Biden administration, who the majority of Americans have repudiated in the last election, dealing what appears to be death blow to the Democrat Party, at least for now.  What was made clear to us during President Biden’s term was that the Democrats clearly hate America and the Constitution.  But this was the design of the Lord’s judgment where He revealed to me the warning to America where He stated, “Are you indeed a country of independence?  But you are not independent of Me, for I am the foundation of your Constitution.  I Myself, can rip up the Constitution.  There is no deeper foundation than Me.  You rest on the founding fathers who rested upon Me.”[4] Tragically these are simple and self-evident truths that are widely disregarded by the Church, its leaders and Americans at large.

We appear to be a country bent on being guilty of self-righteousness (a grave sin), willing to blame and repudiate China based upon the widely held suspicion that their research facility in Wuhan was responsible for releasing the virus, along with Dr. Fauci’s recommendations that were embraced by government leaders and institutions.  I say “self-righteousness” from the standpoint that very few if any would dare to contemplate, let alone point to, the dark sin in America for warranting judgment that could not be stopped or solved by human intellect.

Supernatural judgment released from Heaven is designed to bring an end to our reasoning and cause us to surrender to the Lord, crying out for mercy in deep, heart-felt repentance.  It is far easier to blame someone else than confront our own sin.  If the plague was released from Wuhan, it was by the Lord’s hand; it was an army sent from Heaven similar to the one sent by the Lord commanded by King Nebuchadnezzer, the greatest king of Babylon, sent against Judah – a very real and historically documented event.

It is because of our unwillingness to repent of our sin that we now qualify for what I call “Phase 2” (clearly outlined in Lev 26:18-20) of judgment that is by definition (and will be) seven times greater than what we have already experienced over the past five years.  For anyone reading these words and begins to consider the truth of what the Bible reveals, it becomes staggering to attempt to contemplate.

Where does this leave us?  It leaves us with yet another prophetic installment that builds upon what the Holy Spirit has already revealed.  Jesus speaking of the Holy Spirit said, “…He will disclose to you what is to come” (Jn 16:13 NASB95).  That means He will tell us what is going to happen before it happens.  He has been doing just that, but we have chosen to ignore His voice – the foundation of our rebellion.

The following provides yet another facet or deeper glimpse into what the Lord has revealed He will do.  Paul called upon the Corinthian church to test the prophets and judge what they have to say.  Sadly, the Church seems proudly ignorant of the gifts and ministries of the Spirit, believing they can live without revelation in real time, even when it is desperately needed.  As such it widely repudiates any prophetic word and will undoubtedly repudiate what I have said thus far, together with what the Spirit has now disclosed.

I have included the relevant and previous prophetic revelations to allow the reader to judge the continuity of what the Lord Himself has revealed over a span of eleven years.  The following is not my opinion, but rather what I saw in the vision released on December 21, 2024 coupled with my interpretation based upon what the Lord has already revealed and what the Bible teaches.

Let those who have ears to hear, hear what the Holy Spirit is saying to America & the Church.  What follows are the elements of the vision I received:

U.S. Congress – Judgment

I saw the Lord towering over the Capitol building.  He took hold of it with both hands and began to shake it.  As He did, I saw people begin to fall out of the building, which speaks of members of Congress in both the House and the Senate being removed because of the shaking.  I also saw that the Lord would usher in others that would be obedient to His will.

San Francisco & Los Angeles – Judgment

In like manner to His shaking of Congress, the Lord will shake America.  The great and terrible judgment that He revealed to me in 2014 will come to San Francisco .  He did not reveal what the form of judgment would be, but He stated that He would reveal it before it comes.

The Lord also revealed that the judgment that He has spoken about L.A. is closer than I think.

California – Judgment

Jesus will wage war against California.  He told me to “tell those with ears to hear to get out of the state while they still can.”  The judgment that He is sending will be terrible and complete; every square inch of California will be touched and/or affected by His wrath.  HEAR THE WORD OF THE LORD!  GET OUT OF CALIFORNIA WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

Together with Vancouver, CA, California has set the “trend” of evil around the world.  The wickedness He has found in this generation in California has come before Him; He has decreed judgment against it.

Vancouver & All of Canada – Judgment

Vancouver and all of California are like two evil and wicked twin sisters; they are the Sodom and Gomorrah of our day.  In the vision I saw fire like burning sulfur that was released from Heaven against them to burn them as chaff.

Canada believes it is more righteous than America, but its righteousness is as filthy rags.  I saw the Lord rolling up Canada like turf, starting on the West coast moving to the East; the same will be done in America – He will bring judgment to Canada.

Alaska & Hawaii – Revival

The Spirit of the Lord will be poured out in both of these states.  They will not be missed.

The Lord then made this clear – the Glory of the Lord will cover all of America as the waters cover the sea.  Relevant documents are attached following this document.

Concluding Comments & Our Responsibility

The prophetic vision is as broad in scope as it is terrifying.  This past week marked the 20^th anniversary of the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami that swept away approximately 230,000 people in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Maldives and Thailand – the largest disaster in recorded history.  In comparison, there are 12.8 million people in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area and another 3.3 million in the San Francisco metro area.  California has a total population of 39.4 million.  The Lord has commanded me to warn everyone in California to leave while they still can.  Today I am blowing that trumpet loud and clear.  The wickedness of Vancouver, Canada and all of California has come up before the Lord and He will move in wrath that will bring death and destruction.

As you have read, the Lord has revealed multiple times that the Lord intends to completely destroy Los Angeles, bringing death and destruction through an earthquake off the coast that will in all likelihood bring a tsunami.  The specific form of judgment that the Lord intends to bring upon San Francisco has not yet been revealed to me, but it will come and it will be devastating.  All of California will see the Lord’s judgment, and this is only the beginning of what the Lord has revealed He will bring to America AND the Church if we do not turn from our wickedness.

Called as a prophet, my responsibility as far as the Bible is concerned is very clear.  I’m called to report what I see and hear, and to discern as best I can what is and is not of the Lord.  The Lord instructed the prophet Ezekiel, “Son of man, take into your heart all My words which I shall speak to you, listen closely” (Eze 3:10 NASB95).  The call to “listen closely” literally means to listen with your ears.  This was a clear signal to Ezekiel to clearly hear what the Lord was saying/revealing, because he was being called to say, “Thus says the Lord God.”  This is a solemn and grave responsibility for anyone to speak for the Lord – lives are at stake and their eternity is at stake.

Taking it a step further, Ezekiel was warned that whatever warning the Lord spoke to His people, he was to speak that warning.  If he wasn’t faithful to deliver the word of warning from the Lord, the wicked man the message was intended for would “die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require from your hand” (Eze 3:18b emphasis mine).  This is a serious warning to anyone that is called to prophetic ministry.  On the other hand, if the Lord speaks to a righteous person who “turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity,” Ezekiel is commanded to speak the warning the Lord gives to him.  However, if the prophet doesn’t warn the sinner, again, the Lord makes it very clear, “since you have not warned him, he shall die in his sin, and his righteous deeds which he has done shall not be remembered, but his blood I will require at your hand” (Eze 3:20).  Whenever I read passages like this in the Bible, I remember the words the Lord spoke to me years ago – “I don’t play games like the Church does.”

The Lord also revealed to Ezekiel that He takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked but would rather see them turn from their ways and live (Eze 18:23).  The Spirit is attempting to warn all of us that judgment is coming if we do not turn.  He is giving everyone in California a chance to leave before He brings destruction like He brought to Sodom & Gomorrah.

Those called to prophetic ministry are called to submit to the calling the Lord has placed upon them, speak what He says, and to be faithful; they are not to add to what He says or subtract from it.  In other words, a person called to prophetic ministry should walk in the fear of the Lord.  They are not called to be perfect, for only the Lord is perfect.  But they are called to be faithful to the Lord.

So, I stand before the Lord knowing what I am called to and what I am expected to do.  You, as the reader of this prophetic revelation, have the responsibility to test this prophetic word (I Cor 14:29).  Sounds simple, but testing or judging a word requires learning to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit (Jn 10:27), studying so that we have a comprehensive understanding of the Bible, walking with and abiding in the Lord over time to grow in understanding of who He is, along with a willingness to seek and wait upon the Lord to determine if the word is the truth.  The Holy Spirit will show us the truth about a prophecy because that is His job.  Jesus said that the Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth and disclose what is to come (Jn 16:13).

If you discern that what I have shared is the word of the Lord, then you have the responsibility to share it.  If you decide to sit on the truth and not tell anyone, then I would say you have chosen to bury the truth and have become an unfaithful steward (Mt 25:14-30; Lk 19:12-27).  These passages make clear just how high the penalty can be for not being faithful with what the Lord has entrusted to us.

Given the years I have walked with the Lord since 1980, the studying and the research I have done in the Bible, the confirming prophecies that have I received over a span of 11 years.  In addition, I’ve been receiving prophetic visions, words and dreams since 1996.  Based upon all of this, I have concluded the panoramic vision I received is the word of the Lord.  I don’t say that lightly.

I would appreciate your prayers as I seek the Lord as to how He would have me distribute this word.
