By the Spirit, I saw Jesus praying to the Father, reminding Him of the promises He has made.  The Father said this to the Son:

Psalm 110:1 (NASB95)

1 The Lord says to my Lord: “Sit at My right hand Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”

Then the Spirit reminded me of Ps 24:8 “For the Lord is mighty in battle.”  And then He reminded me of Habakkuk 2:3 (NASB95 emphasis mine) “For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal, and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay.”

The Spirit then revealed, “One by one, each nation on earth will fall.  The dominoes of My judgment within each nation will fall in the sequence and pattern that I have determined.”  I then saw Jesus standing as the Warrior that He is.  He then said, “Great devastation is coming.”

He continued with, “The devastation for Russia has just begun.  The spiritual darkness, deception, and wickedness in that nation are very deep.”  The Lord has His eyes on Vladimir Putin, and he will certainly perish by His hand.  The Lord stands for war over all of Russia, confirming what He has revealed in the past.

I then saw the Lord standing on the western border of Russia, dressed for battle with His sword in His right hand, facing east.  The Lord will move from the western region of Russia to the east, bringing devastation.  I then saw the Lord raise His right hand to bring war against Russia.  By the power of His hand, destruction comes.  As it says in Isaiah 14:27 (cf. Ps 98:1; 118:6; Isa 5:25; 9:17), “For the Lord of hosts has planned, and who can frustrate it? And as for His stretched-out hand, who can turn it back?”  Nothing will stop the devastation He has planned for Russia.

The Lord then looked at me and said, “Be certain of what I have revealed to you in the past; what I said would come to Russia will surely come; great devastation.”  To read what the Holy Spirit has revealed over the past 13 years, please follow this link: Summary of Prophecies – Russia & Ukraine (2013-2026).”

The Lord then said, “I have been preparing the NATO countries for war in Russia, and they will advance.  I then asked the Lord concerning the nuclear weapons in Russia.  I then saw the Lord keeping those weapons from being fired.  He then said, “I can keep those nuclear arms from being used.”  One reason for Russia not using nuclear weapons will be the fear of Russians dying from an attack on their own land.

Out of the arrogance of Putin’s own heart, he will attempt to strike out against one, if not several, NATO countries, thinking that this would cause division among the member countries.  But it will work against him.

Testing this Prophecy

This was a unique vision in that it combined seeing Jesus praying to the Father with the Holy Spirit reminding me of three verses in the Bible that provide the foundation for what was to be revealed.  First, and foremost, is the promise of the Father to His Son that He would make His (Jesus’) enemies a footstool for His feet.  In the end, Jesus will see the culmination and final fulfillment of His victory secured through His suffering, crucifixion, death, burial, resurrection, and ascension.

In the vision, it was clear that Jesus is fighting against Russia and He will have the victory, and Ps 24:8 reveals that the Lord is mighty in battle.  The reference to Habakkuk 2:3 emphasizes that this vision has an appointed time of fulfillment, but that it will certainly come.  The certainty of Russia’s forthcoming devastation is being confirmed in the same way that the Lord assured Habakkuk that the vision released to him would “certainly come, it will not delay.”

In this vision, the Lord assured me that what He has already revealed in previous visions concerning the devastation of Russia will come to pass.  His words, “Be certain of what I have revealed to you in the past,” are reminiscent of the Lord’s words to Abraham:

Genesis 15:13–16 (NASB95 emphasis mine)

13 God said to Abram, “Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, where they will be enslaved and oppressed four hundred years. 14 “But I will also judge the nation whom they will serve, and afterward they will come out with many possessions. 15 “As for you, you shall go to your fathers in peace; you will be buried at a good old age. 16 “Then in the fourth generation they will return here, for the iniquity of the Amorite is not yet complete.”

The Lord knows when extra assurance of what He has promised and/or what He is revealing is needed.  In His mercy, He reiterated His full intention to fulfill what He had previously revealed to me.  I refer the reader to the document “Summary of Prophecies:  Russia & Ukraine” for further details.  The image of Jesus outfitted as the Mighty Warrior, coupled with Him holding up His right hand toward Russia, is consistent with Isaiah 14:27.

In this prophecy, the Spirit of Christ repeated His intention to bring judgment upon Vladimir Putin.  What is new is the revelation of the Lord’s plan to bring the NATO countries into direct conflict with Russia.  I have always considered this a remote possibility, simply because it was too difficult for me to contemplate otherwise, given the threat of the use of nuclear arms.  However, the Lord made it clear that He has been preparing the member countries of the NATO alliance for this very eventuality and that He would prevent the use of nuclear weapons.  Clearly, the “dangerous and perilous times” that were first revealed to me in 2014 will only intensify.

As an observation, we witnessed Iran attack neighboring countries during the recent bombing by the United States and Israel.  It appeared to be an attempt to destabilize the United States’ resolve that might end the conflict.  In the case of Russia, the Lord will harden Putin’s heart to the point that, in his arrogance, he will strike against one or more NATO members.  As with Pharaoh in Egypt, it appears that the Lord has raised up Putin to demonstrate His destructive power to the world and to His Church (Ex 9:16; 10:1-2; Rom 9:17; cf. I Kgs 8:41; Is 63:12; I Cor 2:1-5).  He confirmed again that He is bringing war to all nations.
