The Lord never obligated Himself to move by His Spirit in the gathering of the lukewarm. Far from it! He promised to spew them out of His mouth (Rev 3:16).  So why would we choose to continually fellowship with those that have chosen religion and tradition over His Fire?  Why would we choose to fellowship with those that have traded their birthright to move in the power of the Holy Spirit for a convenient cup of coffee?  Why would we choose to fellowship with those that despise the Spirit of God and do everything in their power to prevent the Him from moving?

Why would we think we can be spiritually blessed spending our time in the company of those who have made the decision to walk in endless compromise?

It is time that we checked our assumptions concerning where we should be spending our time on Sunday morning week after week.  The Holy Spirit is crying out, “What do you seek?  Come and follow Me.”
