I’ll begin by presenting what the Scriptures have to say concerning this prophetic revelation:

Isaiah 12:6 (NASB95)

 6 Cry aloud and shout for joy, O inhabitant of Zion, For great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.

Ezekiel 33:10–11 (NASB95)

 10 “Now as for you, son of man, say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus you have spoken, saying, “Surely our transgressions and our sins are upon us, and we are rotting away in them; how then can we survive?” ’

11 “Say to them, ‘As I live!’ declares the Lord GOD, ‘I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil ways! Why then will you die, O house of Israel?’

Romans 11:7–15 (NASB95)

 7 What then? What Israel is seeking, it has not obtained, but those who were chosen obtained it, and the rest were hardened;

 8 just as it is written, “GOD GAVE THEM A SPIRIT OF STUPOR, EYES TO SEE NOT AND EARS TO HEAR NOT, DOWN TO THIS VERY DAY.”

9 And David says, “LET THEIR TABLE BECOME A SNARE AND A TRAP, AND A STUMBLING BLOCK AND A RETRIBUTION TO THEM.

 10 “LET THEIR EYES BE DARKENED TO SEE NOT, AND BEND THEIR BACKS FOREVER.”

11 I say then, they did not stumble so as to fall, did they? May it never be! But by their transgression salvation has come to the Gentiles, to make them jealous.

 12 Now if their transgression is riches for the world and their failure is riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their fulfillment be!

 13 But I am speaking to you who are Gentiles. Inasmuch then as I am an apostle of Gentiles, I magnify my ministry,

 14 if somehow I might move to jealousy my fellow countrymen and save some of them.

 15 For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?

Two years ago, while traveling in Germany, the Lord spoke to me saying, “If My River does not run in Europe, many will perish.”  The situation in Europe, from the Lord’s point of view is critical. When I receive a word from the Lord like this, it drives me to prayer. I begin asking Him, “How can I partner in your ministry now that you have revealed what is on your heart?”

This week, by the Spirit, I could see all of Europe and as far east as Israel. The glory of God was shining in and over the entire country of Israel. It was revival. Suddenly, I saw a shock wave of revival emanating out of Israel that traveled over Europe.

The Lord is going to pour out His Spirit over Israel that will have dramatic effects in all of Europe. Paul states in Romans that the hardening of Israel to the Gospel resulted in the Gentiles coming to faith. We became rich in Christ! (Romans 11:12)

But more is to come. The Lord will do a new thing with the nation of Israel. He will bring a mighty revival in Israel that will bring to the Church in Europe a mighty resurrection from the death that it walks in now. If you think the Church in America is dead, you should go to Europe!

Praise the Lord that He has not forsaken Israel, for out of it will come life for all those Europe that will perish if His River does not flow. Surely the prophet Habakkuk prophesied what the Lord is now revealing!
